What is Happening Now?

This project is currently at Phase 1 Concept and Feasibility. The purpose of Phase 1 is to develop and investigate in further detail the feasibility of the project, to identify a suitable study area for the examination of preliminary options and to implement the project management structure.

Public Consultation No.1 on the study area will take place between 13th May and 14th June 2024. See here for more details.

This consultation is being held online through the project website and two in-person public consultation days within the study area. All of the information displayed at the in-person public consultation events and an online feedback form is available on the project website under the Public Consultation section. The study area map can be found on the About section.
